💭 PERSONAL REFLECTION

I discovered Alex Hormozi's book $100M Offers in the summer of 2021. At that time, I was trying to figure out how to start my own business and make money with it. I had been failing multiple times since I was eighteen years old to accomplish my only true goal. Despite working at co-working spaces and a world-class accelerator, I still had trouble figuring out on my own how to start a business that made enough money to sustain my basic expenses. After a long process of reflection on this pain and not meeting my goal deadline of having a successful business by the end of that summer, I decided that there were only two paths for me moving forward...

  • Either I had to aim at getting my dream job...

  • Or aim at building my dream business...

I decided to go for building my dream business (which I am still pursuing). After all, I love business... it just didn't love me back. The following year, I took my business education extremely seriously and committed to getting myself a world-class education on the topic through books. That's how this newsletter was born... Alex Harmozi's $100M Offers, plus his free courses accessible for anyone on his website (acquisition.com/training), truly impacted my life. His training and advice have been fundamental to any success I may have today and in the future as a full-time, self-employed. I've been waiting patiently for Vol. 2: "$100M Leads". So what can you expect? Honestly, this is a great book on marketing & advertising.

  • Vol. 1 is all about creating an offer (the thing you will deliver in exchange for money).

  • Vol 2. is all about letting people know about your offer. (advertising and marketing).

Inside this book, you can expect to learn the core four ways to advertise your products and/or services.

  • 1) Warm outreach (1-to-1 to a warm audience)

  • 2) Posting content (1-to-many to a warm audience)

  • 3) Cold outreach (1-to-1 to a cold audience)

  • 4) Paid Ads (1-to-many to a cold audience)

In addition, you can expect to learn how to get other people to advertise for you using the core four. These are known as lead getters;

  • #1 Customers: They buy your stuff and then tell other people about it to get you leads.

  • #2 Employees: People in your business that get you leads.

  • #3 Agencies: Businesses with services that get you leads.

  • #4 Affiliates: Businesses who tell their audiences about your stuff to get you leads.

If you want to take it to the next level, think to... "Advertise more, better and in new ways. This will get you..." 1) More leads. 2) Cheaper leads. 3) Better leads. 4) More reliable (think from lots of places) If you are struggling to figure out what to offer to people, read $100M Offers. If you are struggling to find people who are interested in what you offer, read $100M Leads. As always, Alex Hormozi delivers when it comes to bringing the most value to the market. The amazing thing about him is that his books include free online training as well, which, in my opinion, is one hundred times more valuable than most online businesses in the market today. My recommendation is to pay for the book and receive one hundred times your investment. And as a hard-learned lesson from once an aspiring entrepreneur... "If you are not making as much money as you would like, is because you are not as good as you think you are." - Alex Hormozi Pay your knowledge debt by learning and getting better. Keep learning and keep going. Hope this helps. Until next week! - Agustin

  • "A person who pays with their time now is more likely to pay with their money later."

  • "The business that provides the most value wins. Period."
