Shipping and Return Policy for Hustle Outlet Shop

This policy is for physical products only, this policy does not include programs, courses, services, or downloadable products offered by Hustle Outlet. Please view our Terms of Service for more information.

Shipping Times


United States (USA) Shipping Times  

  • 3-14 business days after fulfillment


Canada Shipping Times

  • 3-10 business days after fulfillment (for products made in Canada).

  • 5-25 business days after fulfillment (for products made outside of Canada).


Europe & International Shipping Times

  • 5-25 business days after fulfillment. 


Please note: fulfillment can take between 1-7 business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday and does not include statutory holidays, or weekends. 


Shipping & Handling Policy 

Hustle Outlet is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages within the shipping process. Title and risk of loss shall pass to you (the customer) at the moment your order is purchased and it's transferred to the shipping provider. 


Custom Fees

Shipments outside of the United States may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You (the customer) are responsible to pay these fees to the appropriate customs agency. Hustle Outlet does not cover the cost of customs and other shipping fees. 

Canada Customers and Custom Fees

The majority of orders placed in Canada will not incur customs fees, as we usually are shipping merchandise already made in Canada. Please note: There are situations where we are shipping you merchandise from outside of Canada and in those situations, you may be required to pay for customs fees that incur to the appropriate customs agency. Hustle Outlet does not cover the cost of customs and other shipping fees. 

My order had incorrect shipping details, what do I do now?

We are unable to re-route packages after orders have been shipped, so please ensure all shipping detail are accurate at the time of checkout. All packages with incorrect shipping details will be returned to our warehouse and reshipped when requested. If we have to reship your order to you, we will require a reshipment fee of $10 CAD minimum as we have to reprocess your order.

Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Regular Priced Merchandise

30 days from the order date for online orders for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

After 30 days we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.


Sale Priced Merchandise

Items that are marked SALE may not be refunded, exchanged, or returned. Please note that sale items are final sales. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange please contact us at

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given. If any item(s) is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and if any item(s) that is returned after 30 days.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All merchandise must have all its original tags attached and must be in its original packaging. Hustle Outlet reserves the right to refuse any refunds that are not deemed re-sellable and may be returned to the sender. 

Washing item(s) will void the return policy and we will no longer be able to accept the item as a return. Refunds must be accompanied by a valid receipt and will be processed back to the original form of payment. 

Please note: that for all refunds, returns, and exchanges, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.


Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the cost of postage to return your item. 

Please do not return an item(s) before making a request with our support team. If you do not follow instructions provided by our support team no return, refund, or exchange will be accepted. Please follow the instructions below and we will be happy to offer you a return, exchange, or refund. 

Requesting A Refund, Return, or Exchange

When requesting a refund, return, or exchange please include in your message;

  • Your Full Name (the name used at checkout when placing the original order).

  • Order Number #

  • Product(s) you would like to return, exchange, or receive a refund for. 


Please note: you must be within the 30 days from the order date to receive a refund, return, or exchange.
